Our Story

Amber's Originals began with a dog named Amber — and everything she taught us we were doing wrong.

Like so many pet parents, we thought we were doing right by our girl. We learned too late that what goes into your pet's bowl matters more than the pretty packaging it comes in. Amber changed everything for us. Now we do better — for your four-legged family members, the same way we now do for ours.

Amber graces every package we produce. She's our reminder of why we started — and why we'll never cut corners. The colorful portrait of Amber you see throughout our site reflects her actual molecular make-up.

What We Make

Every treat is single-ingredient, made by hand in small batches from our home base in Western Pennsylvania. We partner with farmers who raise grass-fed and finished beef, allow their pork to wild-forage, and raise poultry in an open-pastured environment — farmers who embrace the "one bad day" philosophy. These animals are loved, cared for, and honored for the nourishment they provide both us and our pets.

No fillers. No artificial preservatives. No mystery ingredients. Just real food from farms that care.
